Regain the Balance – Solar Plexus Healing Meditation

There has been too much negativity around with the US Presidential Election towards its end. So much negative energy has been released to the air through all kinds of unpleasant rhetoric, remarks, violence, lies, arguments, anxiety, confusion etc. all of which are such noises that set our Inner Beings off track; We know a lot of pain must have accumulated and deposited on many people’s solar plexus chakra (around the tip of your stomach), which have to be cleaned and released in order to regain the ability to set forth the next step in life.  Dirts have been revealed, they need to be acknowledged – each of us has the shadow dark side of the whole which can be very ugly, we cannot carry them on our back forever and must be released if we want to move forward. We cannot only criticize the dark side of other people but ignore that of our own, we must be brave enough to face them in order to recognize where and what we are held back and let them go, and become grown ups in our future encounters.

While meditating with this healing music, there are the affirmations you can also follow:

I am Love, I am Peace, I am ease and grace!

I am confident, I know where I stand, I know where I want to go.

I am kind towards all beings, I am balanced in nature’s Care.

I thank those who gave me the chance to know more and to grow!

Our minds are innocent faculties, like white paper, whatever words you give them they will just take and become their own to direct the body’s movement; so we want to feed our minds with the highest vibrational energy possible in order to bring us up towards the light, make each other’s life much easier.

With Much Love and Light

and Blessings!

Let Home Land Clouds Heal The Wounds – Fei Xiang

Drifting in the sky are the homeland clouds, calling to me non-stop; When the breeze by the side starts flowing, the sound always comes to me: “Come back, come back, my far-off wanderers; come back, come back, wander no more …

I’m overcome with exhaustion, and my eyes are filled with bitter tears. The homeland winds and homeland clouds can heal my wounds; I used to have great ambitions, but now I have come to nothing. The homeland winds and hometown clouds can heal my pain…

With heavy steps, I’m walking the long road back to my home land. When the breeze started to flow over me, it brought me the scent of my homeland soil. Come back, come back, my far-off wanderers; come back, come back. I am tired of this vagrant life. I used to have great ambitions, but now I have come to nothing. The homeland winds and homeland clouds can heal my pain.

Come back, come back, my far-off wanderers. Come back, come back, wander no more. The homeland winds and homeland clouds can heal my pain.

Sounds familiar? Sounds resonant to our current Struggles in humanity on earth?

This is a song performed in the late 1980s by an American-Chinese singer born in Taiwan, short after when China opened its door to the outside worlds. Imagine what the feelings would be at the moment of reunion for some of that generation of Chinese people who had been separated from each other for decades among families who valued the family-ties as their roots of life.

More words are redundant here, after some 30 years this song resonates at a much deeper and broader space to all humanity who were originally divine seeds but wandered away from the ‘Motherland’, we are responding to the call for Unity and Embarking the journey to Our Eternal Home – A self-sustained Green Field!

Did You Hear the Ancient Call – Qing Zang Plateau by Li NA

This is a post published on May 9, 2015, I’m reposting it with updates.

This morning when I got up, this tune was lingering in my mind over and over again. It is one of my soul-felt songs, don’t know how many times I have sung it by myself whenever it touches me, and sometimes moved into tears. And this morning again with full of tears raining down my face and waves surging through my heart. As I believe the souls of all life forms have passed many life times through the physical manifestations, and on each life time journey at some point the soul starts to awaken and recalls the connections from your previous lives.

I remember in 2005 back in China, I and my ex-husband went to visit Wutai mountain in Shanxi, about 210 miles (337km) away from Beijing. Wutai mountain was one of the four well known Buddhist mountains in China, and it was believed the sacred place where Bodhisattva Manjushri gave discourses. In Chinese Manjushri is call Bodhisattva Wenshu associated with Wisdom. I was not a keen Buddhism temple visitor at that time since I believed in Jesus, I went to Wutai Mountain only because my ex was enthusiastic about a broad range of cultures and ancient buildings. There were not as many visitors as today. All other details may have faded in my memory with time passing but one scene could never left and came back to me over and over again: when we were walking into the vicinity of the temple bathed in serenity, the soothing Buddhist chanting was also drifting into our ears from inside the temple; at the moment I saw a few scattered pilgrims making prostrations with every step forward around the temple, a surge from my heart almost couldn’t hold the tears in my eyes, I did not want to say anything, walk to anywhere but silently moved to the side and sit there quietly watching, let my mind drifting…, and my ex probably caught the contagion so found his own place a few feet away from me sit down as well without any words. And I don’t remember exactly for how long but was sure we were sitting there for a very very long time before quietly moved to our next spot.

In later years when I consulted an clairvoyant she saw one of my previous lives incarnated as a monk who was drawing murals in a Tibetan monastery. I do believe this since the first day when I heard this Qinghai/Tibet Plateau, the remote calling seemed activated something deep in my heart and together they made a chorus spinning out of my very soul… I don’t know what you want to call it, I believe it is the Universal Spirit that resonates in all created beings…

Here is the post and the song:

Who was it that brought a call from remote antiquity?
Who was it that left behind the earnest hope of thousands of years?
Is that true there is still a song without words,
or is that the deep, long lasting and unforgettable feelings of love?

Ah, I have seen ranges of mountains and rivers.
Rivers and mountains are linking to each other.
Ya La So*, is that the Tibet-Qinghai/Himalaya Plateau?

Who was it that looked into the blue sky in distance days and nights?
Who was it that longed for the everlasting dream?
Is that true there are still songs of praise,
or is that vaguely the unchangeable dignity?

Ah, I have seen ranges of mountains and rivers.
Rivers and mountains are linking to each other.
Ya La So*, that is the Tibet-Qinghai/Himalaya Plateau!

This song was written and composed by one of the Chinese most famous and proliferative musician Zhangqinyi in 1994, staged in 1997 by Singer LiNa. Combining pop and Tibetan music, through the performance of Lina’s volatile and wide range of voices, it immediately brings you to a land of magnificence, myths and serenity. Upon this performance it immediately became a household song in China, and later spread to the world; it also became a must for any adequate singers to show their singing capacity.

Why is it so overwhelmingly accepted by people of all ages and backgrounds, I’m sure you would find the answer yourself! In case someone wishes to learn to sing the song, I pasted the Pinyin (pronunication) Lyrics below:

Words:

Note: And not long after singing this song, the singer Li Na became a devoted nun. Listen to her chanting Amitabha Mantra here
